TCPM has been providing project management services to Blackwood Partners for the renovations and upgrades at the Central City Mall / SFU Surrey Campus for several years. Six major phases have been completed in the last three years, including repairs to almost 100,000 sf of parking membrane, expansion joint replacements, entry ramp structural upgrades, corroded steel column replacements, and a new entry portal. The campus and mall have remained operational throughout, with work being carefully scheduled to avoid the September SFU back-to-school peak and the November-December Christmas retail season.
