TCPM provided complete project management services to the City of Surrey for the North Surrey Sports and Ice Centre.  TCPM assisted the City throughout the Design-Build RFP, including providing the Owner’s Requirements for the RFP, assisting with short-listing proponents, and awarding the design-build contract to the Lark Group with Francl Architecture.

The new facility features three sheets of ice, community meeting spaces, a fitness room, a spin room, a yoga room, food services, and outdoor activity areas.   The landscape will complement existing site paths.

Construction began in the summer of 2017 and the facility opened in January 2020.
