Turnbull Construction Project Managers Ltd. provided comprehensive project management services for the complete restoration of this historic 100 year old theatre.

The first phase of the project consisted of an 8,200 sq. ft., 3-storey addition to the facility which added a new culture lab, dressing rooms, elevator access and new staff offices to the Cultch.

Phase 2 consisted of a complete renovation to the existing 14,000 sq. ft. heritage facility including a seismic upgrade, new electrical and mechanical systems, replacement of all building envelope systems, and new theatre lighting, sound and rigging systems.

The 300 seat theatre was significantly upgraded acoustically while maintaining its original close atmosphere which audiences enjoy so much. (www.thecultch.com).
