TCPM provided complete project management services for both the Junior and Senior School buildings through design, procurement, construction and turn-over, including FF&E procurement for a three-phased full redevelopment of the existing school.
Design of the Junior School was completed in 2016. Permitting and General Contractor tendering occurred from January to April 2017. Construction commenced in May 2017 on a very active operating school site.
In the summer of 2016, TCPM managed a complex portable classroom relocation on the site to create room for the Junior School expansion. The Junior School opened in September 2018.
Phase 2 (Senior School) was completed December 2020, early and under budget. TCPM was instrumental in expediting the removal of the portable classrooms once occupancy was obtained.
