TCPM is providing project management services to Central Surrey Development LP for the Prime at the Plaza residential tower located on University Drive.  This 37-storey, 260,000 sq.ft. tower will be located one block from the Surrey SFU campus in the master planned Surrey City Centre.

Designed by Bingham Hill Architects as one of the first towers to be developed in City Centre.  TCPM has been at the forefront of this project working with the City of Surrey to develop precedence setting standards for parking, alternate transportation, unit mixes, and indoor/outdoor amenities spaces that will be a cornerstone to shaping all future developments in City Centre.

Rezoning for this development also included successful negotiations for land exchange, crane swing, and underpinning agreements with the City of Surrey as a result of the mandated re-positioning and redesign of 103rd Avenue.

This development will be shadowing LEED Silver and will connect to the District Energy Utility.

TCPM is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the pre-construction including selecting design consultants, design review, budget control, schedule control, approvals with authorities, tendering, marketing coordination, and construction.  The target occupancy is Spring 2018.
