Vancouver Aquarium Revitalization

TCPM was retained in December 2010 to manage a comprehensive multi-phased restoration of the Vancouver Aquarium.  The challenge was to complete this step-by-step renovation and upgrading of all building systems while the Aquarium remained fully operational with little or no impact on the animals and fish, or to the visitors.  MCMP Architects was the designer and PCL was the general contractor.  TCPM’s role was providing comprehensive project management services through all phases including program confirmation, concept, schematic and detailed design, permitting and approvals, procurement and construction phase monitoring.
