TCPM is engaged as the Project Managers for the exciting development at the gateway of Burrard Street in Downtown Vancouver.  The proposed four tower development will be phased, with Phase one consisting of two towers, ‘Tower A’ and ‘Tower B’.  Tower A is a 54 storey high-rise tower, consisting of 444 luxury suites, pool and sauna, amenity areas, commercial suites located on the ground level and a 9 level parkade.  The architectural features include an exterior ‘white concrete waffle wall’ structure and a sky bridge connecting the two Towers.

Construction has commenced on Tower A, with completion expected in Q3, 2020.

Tower B is a 13 story office building, with a Toyota dealership located on the first three levels.  A public friendly mews has been incorporated into the design, that provides a feeling of interconnection between the two Towers.  The complex design of the building includes non-planar walls and curved facades creating elegant building features.

Demolition has been completed, with construction expected to commence in Summer 2017. Completion is scheduled for Q1 2020.
