In March of 2004, TCPM was appointed Project Manager for the restoration of the historic Lynn Valley Elementary School.  Built in 1920, the renovated facility is now the home of the North Vancouver Museum & Archives.  This heritage structure underwent a complete renovation including a seismic upgrade, building envelope restoration, new mechanical and electrical systems designed to archival storage standards, and extensive sitework/landscaping improvements.

Working with Boni Maddison Architects, TCPM managed the early planning and design phase of the project.  TCPM was primarily responsible for managing the construction phase with Makam Construction as general contractors.

The new North Vancouver Museum & Archives opened on schedule and under budget in 2006.
