{"id":143,"date":"2012-11-15T23:43:10","date_gmt":"2012-11-15T23:43:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/tcsl.ca\/wp\/?post_type=portfolio&#038;p=143"},"modified":"2018-04-26T14:01:12","modified_gmt":"2018-04-26T21:01:12","slug":"surrey-rcmp-headquarters-annex-office-addition","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tcpm.ca\/?p=143","title":{"rendered":"Surrey RCMP Headquarters Annex Office Addition"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This 30,000 sf facility provided urgently needed space for approximately 250 RCMP officers in the heart of the City of Surrey.\u00a0 The annex is a 2 storey addition to the existing RCMP headquarters building which remained operational throughout the project.\u00a0 The new facility provides workspaces for both plainclothes detectives and municipal City of Surrey staff.<\/p>\n<p>The project meets RCMP security requirements for physical, communication, and acoustic design elements.\u00a0 The building is an energy efficient design with passive solar shading and photocells controlling the lighting levels within the building.
