All critical priorities of budget, schedule, quality and performance were achieved even in this very remote location in a difficult market.<\/p>\n
The half-acre garden landscape features luscious Hawaiian plantings and an extensive outdoor living area with open air lanai. A beautiful glass tile finished pool and spa area bordered by lava rock walls and sparkling with tiki torches, overlooks the Pacific Ocean.<\/p>\n
The home features extensive exotic wood finishes and fine stone and tile accoutrements. State of the art communications, security and AV systems are also integral to the home.<\/p>\n
