Surrey City Centre Library<\/strong> won the 2013 Lieutenant Governor of British Columbia Award in Architecture – Merit<\/p>\n Congratulations to mcfarlane green biggar ARCHITECTURE + DESIGN on the North Vancouver City Hall and Bing Thom Architects on the Surrey City Centre Library.\u00a0 Turnbull Construction Services was proud to be the Project Manager on both these outstanding buildings.<\/p>\n “<\/em>There were many great projects this year submitted and winning at all is a great distinction; winning twice speaks for itself. That said I’ll add this because I know Grant won’t himself.\u00a0 To win for two projects that were done in these last few years with some real turmoil in the construction industry is a huge testament to Grant’s leadership.
