We oversee projects in the commercial and residential construction industry mainly in the greater Vancouver area, although we oversee projects throughout Western Canada remotely and based out of our head office in Surrey, BC. TCPM is a thriving business experiencing significant growth and we are looking to add to our diverse team of construction professionals.<\/p>\n<p>TCPM also offers a flexible, fun, team environment, and highly values a healthy work-life balance for our team.<\/p>\n<p>JOB DESCRIPTION:<br \/>\nFull-time opening for an intermediate to senior- level Project Manager to provide leadership and management of commercial, residential high-rise, recreational, education and healthcare, and institutional construction projects in the BC Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island. Projects are exciting, challenging, and typically range from $20M-$200M in value. For examples of our projects to go <a href=\"http:\/\/TCPM.ca\/projects\">TCPM.ca\/projects<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Project Managers are responsible for all phases of the project including early planning, design, construction, commissioning, and hand-over. The PM\u2019s responsibility is to represent the Owner while managing the overall project budget, the project schedule, sustainability requirements, and all consultants and contractors.<\/p>\n<p>TCPM provides our PMs with the opportunity to improve their skills and knowledge under the guidance of a team of seasoned industry leaders. Salary will commensurate with experience.<\/p>\n<p>QUALIFICATIONS:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 5-8+ years work experience as a Project Manager \/Project Coordinator \/ Construction Engineer<br \/>\n\u2022 Graduate Engineer with professional registration with APEGBC or APEGA or with a Degree in Construction Management<br \/>\n\u2022 Project Management Professional (PMP) and LEED designation preferred<br \/>\n\u2022 Demonstrated leadership and superior technical skills required<br \/>\n\u2022 Experience in the commercial design and construction of buildings required<br \/>\n\u2022 Site-based experience of significant importance<br \/>\n\u2022 Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills<br \/>\n\u2022 Self-motivated with strong desire to succeed<br \/>\n\u2022 Knowledge of project and scheduling software required<\/p>\n<p>APPLY NOW: Please email your detailed resume with a cover letter to: applications@tcpm.ca.
