THE BEACHLANDS
The Beachlands Presentation Centre is the first completed building within The Beachlands, a 134-acre master-planned oceanfront community in Colwood, BC.
GRACEWOOD AT FAIRWINDS
Gracewood at Fairwinds is a residential community in Nanoose Bay featuring 51 single-family lots situated along two quiet cul-de-sacs within the established Fairwinds neighbourhood.
1770 DENMAN AND DAVIE
The project involved a complete modernization of the existing structure, including significant seismic upgrades, building envelope renewal, replacement of major mechanical and electrical systems, life safety improvements, sprinkler installation and more!
AVANI CENTRE
The development includes 181 residential units, 112 hotel rooms, eight two-storey townhomes, ground-floor retail space, and five levels of underground parking.
FRASER COMMONS
Fraser Commons comprises approximately 530,000 sq. ft. of residential and commercial space across four buildings on a 4.4-acre site. TCPM supported the planning, coordination, and delivery of this complex mixed-use project from project initiation through close-out.
PCRS YOUTH SUPPORTIVE HOUSING (1.1.2)
Operated by PCRS, the project provides 24/7 on-site support services, helping residents access education, employment, health, and life-skills programming as they work toward stable, independent living.
ONE BURRARD PLACE
One Burrard Place (Tower A) is a 60-storey mixed-use residential tower located at the intersection of Burrard Street and Drake Street in downtown Vancouver.

Origin at Beachlands is a multi-family residential development located in Colwood, BC within The Beachlands waterfront master-planned community.
PRIME ON THE PLAZA
The Prime on The Plaza is a 260,000 sq ft., 37-storey mixed-use residential tower located in the heart of Surrey City Centre, directly across from Surrey City Hall and the City Centre Library, and one block from Simon Fraser University’s Surrey campus
THE BOWLINE MULTIFAMILY
The Bowline Multifamily Rental Building is a 6-storey concrete and wood-frame, 160-unit rental building in the City of North Vancouver. The total building is over 135,000 sq. ft. with below-grade vehicle and bike parking.
