TCPM provided complete project management services to Reliance Properties for this high-rise residential tower in the Westend of Downtown Vancouver.

1188 Bidwell comprises of 108 rental suites to assist with the increasing demand of the current rental market and also provide commercial spaces on the ground floor.

Tenants will have access to a gymnasium and amenity area along with a communal terraced area for the occupants.

The main features of the building structure include architectural precast panels on the façade, as well as individually metered suites or both mechanical and electrical usage.
