The Grandview Heights Aquatic Centre is an award winning destination facility designed by HCMA with structural engineering by Fast + Epp.  It has been on the cover and featured in Architectural Record Magazine.

The facility boasts the world’s most slender, long span timber catenary roof, includes a 50 meter competition pool, a 10 meter high dive tower, leisure pool as well as a weight room and fitness centre.

TCPM assisted with the selection of the architect and design team, managed the process of prequalification and appointment of the construction management team.  TCPM provided critical feedback helping align the building program with the City’s main objectives within the allocated budget.
