ABOUT THE PROJECT
The Township of Langley Civic Facility transformed an existing four-storey office building into a civic and community hub accommodating municipal offices for more than 200 staff, the Muriel Arnason Library, recreation facilities, a Community Police Office, and a 200-seat presentation theatre.
The extensive redevelopment included a new civic entrance and mezzanine, major mechanical and electrical upgrades, a GeoExchange heating and cooling system, complete interior redevelopment, and a new two-level parking structure.
OUR ROLE
TCPM provided complete project management services from functional planning and design through construction and closeout, managing the complex adaptive reuse through a Guaranteed Maximum Price contract.
