North Vancouver Library
This 3-storey, 36,000 sq. ft. civic main branch library facility serves as the centerpiece of the City of North Vancouver’s civic precinct redevelopment. Located in the heart of the City and fronting onto a 20,000 sq. ft. public plaza, the landmark LEED Gold building has become a defining community hub and gathering place.
The facility incorporates sustainable design strategies including geo-exchange cooling, natural ventilation, rooftop solar panels, and integration with one of Central Lonsdale’s first district energy systems.
