Pacific Academy’s 40-acre Surrey campus has evolved through decades of phased expansion and long-term master planning, transforming into a fully integrated K–12 educational environment with academic, athletic, performing arts, and community-focused facilities. TCPM is leading the campus master planning, while also providing comprehensive project management services through all design and construction phases, while maintaining full school operations. 

The current phase includes significant site and civil improvements, while future phases will include the construction of new facilities to meet the school’s growing enrollment and enhanced program needs.
