ABOUT THE PROJECT
Lynn Valley Library & Town Centre brings together a public library, civic services, commercial spaces, and a welcoming public square in the heart of Lynn Valley. Designed by Henriquez Partners Architects, the development establishes a central gathering place for the surrounding North Vancouver community.
The development incorporates approximately 15,000 square feet of office space, retail tenancies, and 215 below-grade parking stalls. Natural materials, including timber, copper, and local stone, contribute to the building’s distinctive architectural character. The project achieved LEED Silver certification.

OUR ROLE
TCPM provided comprehensive project management services for Lynn Valley Library & Town Centre, supporting the delivery of the civic development from project initiation and planning through pre-construction, construction, and closeout. Our team coordinated project requirements, consultants, contractors, procurement, and construction activities throughout the project lifecycle, supporting the integration of library facilities, civic services, commercial spaces, and public amenities.
