Lynn Valley Library and Town Centre

TCPM provided project management services to the District of North Vancouver for the development of the new 40,000 sq. ft. Lynn Valley Library, a cornerstone civic project within the Lynn Valley Town Centre. The project features a large outdoor plaza that has become a vibrant community gathering space, surrounded by approximately 30,000 sq. ft. of retail shops and a free-standing restaurant that contribute to the energy and activity of the area. The development also includes 15,000 sq. ft. of office space and 215 below-grade parking stalls, creating a dynamic mixed-use destination that supports both community and commercial activity.

Fun Fact: After its closure, the old library was used for many years as a production set for TV and movie productions that included the Once Upon a Time television series.
