The Beachlands – Masterplan

The Beachlands is a landmark 134-acre oceanfront master-planned community in Colwood, BC, designed to create a vibrant and connected waterfront destination. Spanning 1.4 kilometres of coastline, the community will ultimately include approximately 2,850 homes consisting of condominium, townhome, and single-family residences, alongside a mix of retail, dining, office, and community-oriented commercial spaces.

More than 50 acres are dedicated to parks, trails, public gathering areas, and open space, including a waterfront plaza, oceanside amphitheatre, playgrounds, and an extensive network of pedestrian connections that link the community to the shoreline.
