About the Project
Timms Community Centre brings recreation, community programming, and civic services together in downtown Langley. Connected to the existing City Hall through a light-filled passageway, the facility creates an integrated public gathering place designed to encourage activity, connection, and community participation.
The centre features a gymnasium surrounded by a 100-metre elevated indoor track, fitness facilities, multi-purpose rooms, a games room, community kitchen, café, and outdoor patio. Extensive glazing brings natural light into the building, while energy-efficient systems were designed to reduce energy consumption by approximately 50% compared with similar community centres.

OUR ROLE
TCPM provided comprehensive project management services throughout the delivery of Timms Community Centre, from project initiation and planning through pre-construction, construction, and closeout. Our team supported the City of Langley in coordinating project requirements, consultants, contractors, schedules, and construction activities to deliver a welcoming community recreation facility integrated with the existing civic precinct.
