Fraser Commons

TCPM provided project management services for Fraser Commons, a large-scale mixed-use development located at Fraser Street and Southeast Marine Drive in Vancouver. The project consists of four residential buildings, including two high-rise towers and two mid-rise buildings, constructed over a shared multi-level parkade with commercial retail space at grade.

The development delivers 363 residential units and required extensive coordination of site servicing, parkade construction, building interfaces, and public realm improvements across the multi-building campus. A central landscaped courtyard provides over an acre of outdoor amenity space for residents and serves as the focal point of the development.

Fraser Commons comprises approximately 530,000 sq. ft. of residential and commercial space across four buildings on a 4.4-acre site. TCPM supported the planning, coordination, and delivery of this complex mixed-use project from project initiation through close-out.
