Avani Centre
TCPM provided project management services for Avani Centre, a 30-storey mixed-use development in Surrey City Centre. The approximately 270,000 sq. ft. project combines residential, hospitality, retail, and commercial uses within a single high-rise development, creating a prominent gateway landmark at the intersection of King George Boulevard and 98 Avenue.
The development includes 181 residential units, 112 hotel rooms, eight two-storey townhomes, ground-floor retail space, and five levels of underground parking. The project required extensive coordination between multiple occupancy types, building systems, and amenity spaces to successfully integrate residential, hotel, and commercial components within a single structure.
TCPM supported the planning, coordination, and delivery of this complex mixed-use development, helping manage stakeholder requirements, design integration, and construction activities throughout the project lifecycle. The building was one of the first developments in Surrey City Centre to combine residential homes, a branded hotel, retail, and commercial uses within a single tower.
