1770 Davie and Denman

TCPM worked closely with the project team to deliver this complex occupied-building transformation, extending the service life of a prominent Vancouver rental tower.

The renewed building was rebranded as MURO, named after the large-scale mural integrated into the tower’s façade. Created by Vancouver artist Douglas Coupland, the artwork spans the height of the building and has become a recognizable landmark at the gateway to Vancouver’s West End.
