Foundry Surrey Central
Foundry Surrey Central is an integrated youth health and wellness hub serving young people aged 12 to 24 and their families. Operated by Pacific Community Resources Society (PCRS), the facility brings together mental health, substance use, physical and sexual health care, peer support, social services, and education and employment supports under one roof. Located in Surrey City Centre, the hub was developed to provide free, confidential, low-barrier access to care in a welcoming and youth-focused environment.
Designed around a one-stop model of care, Foundry Surrey Central offers same-day access to counselling, health services, workshops, and community connections while reducing barriers for youth seeking support. The centre also includes co-located Fraser Health teams specializing in early psychosis intervention, developmental disabilities, mental health, and concurrent disorders, strengthening access to coordinated care for one of British Columbia’s fastest-growing communities.
The centre opened in November 2025, following a five-year community-led planning and design process. The centre incorporates artwork created through collaboration with local youth, reflecting the voices, cultures, and experiences of the community it serves.
