ABOUT THE PROJECT
The Spot is a mixed-use development in Vancouver’s Cambie Corridor, bringing together a range of residential housing, townhouse-style rental homes, and street-level commercial space. The project also incorporates the retained Wilcox Residence, integrating a heritage component into the larger development.
