The Spot

The Spot is a mixed-use residential and commercial development located in Vancouver, BC. The project combines new construction with heritage preservation, delivering 133 residential units across an eight-storey building, including three suites incorporated within a retained heritage house. Four ground-floor commercial units activate the street frontage and contribute to the surrounding neighbourhood’s urban character.

TCPM provided project management services throughout the development, helping coordinate the delivery of residential, commercial, heritage, and underground parking components within a dense urban environment. The project also includes three levels of underground parking to support residents and commercial tenants.

The Spot’s heritage component required the integration of a retained character home into a modern mixed-use development, balancing contemporary housing needs with the preservation of Vancouver’s architectural history.
