450 Dallas Road

TCPM is providing Owner’s Representative and Project Management services for the redevelopment of 450 Dallas Road in Victoria’s James Bay neighbourhood. The project includes the demolition of an existing three-storey residential building and the construction of a new six-storey wood-frame rental building containing 54 homes, one level of underground parking, rooftop amenity space, and landscape improvements. The work also includes utility relocations and coordination with the retained neighbouring residential tower, requiring careful planning and execution within an occupied waterfront property. Throughout the project, TCPM is supporting project governance, consultant coordination, design management, procurement, and construction oversight on behalf of the owner.

Located along Victoria’s iconic Dallas Road waterfront, the project offers direct access to the city’s shoreline pathway network, connecting residents to beaches, parks, and panoramic views of the Strait of Juan de Fuca and the Olympic Mountains.
