ABOUT THE PROJECT
The Fieldhouse expanded the Langley Events Centre with a dedicated lacrosse arena, two university-level basketball gymnasiums, change rooms, storage, and administrative space. Constructed immediately adjacent to the existing LEC, the project was delivered while the active sport and event complex remained fully operational.
OUR ROLE
TCPM led the project from site selection and development of the Owner’s Statement of Requirements through procurement, design, construction, and closeout. Working within an active events complex, the team coordinated the fast-track delivery required to bring the basketball gymnasium into operation for the March 2013 championship season.
