Gracewood at Fairwinds is a residential neighbourhood within the established Fairwinds community in Nanoose Bay on Vancouver Island. Developed by Seacliff Properties, the project introduces 51 single-family building lots arranged along two quiet cul-de-sacs, with homesites ranging from 0.20 to 0.83 acres.

OUR ROLE
TCPM provided comprehensive project management services for Gracewood at Fairwinds, overseeing the development of the residential subdivision from project initiation and planning through design, pre-construction, construction, and closeout. Our team coordinated consultants, contractors, infrastructure requirements, and construction activities to support the successful completion of the residential lots and associated site servicing. With the subdivision infrastructure complete, the development is positioned for the construction of individual single-family homes.
