ABOUT THE PROJECT
The renewal of Massey Theatre is modernizing one of New Westminster’s most significant cultural landmarks. The multi-phase renovation includes building envelope, mechanical, electrical, and accessibility upgrades, extending the life of the facility while preserving its architectural character.
MAINTAINING OPERATIONS DURING CONSTRUCTION
Construction is carefully phased around the theatre’s programming and operational requirements, allowing performances and community activities to continue wherever practical. Planned closures accommodate major upgrades while minimizing disruption to the theatre’s long-term operations.
OUR ROLE
TCPM is providing comprehensive project management services for the Massey Theatre renewal, supporting the City of New Westminster from project initiation and planning through design, procurement, and construction.
With construction underway, our team continues to coordinate project delivery, manage risks, and support the careful sequencing of construction activities around the theatre’s operational requirements. TCPM will remain involved through commissioning and final closeout.
