TCPM managed the design and construction of a 5,700 sq.ft. executive beach house on the Big Island of Hawaii for a Vancouver family.  This very personalized and carefully designed home was professionally managed by Mr. Turnbull. All critical priorities of budget, schedule, quality and performance were achieved even in this very remote location in a difficult market.

The half-acre garden landscape features luscious Hawaiian plantings and an extensive outdoor living area with open air lanai. A beautiful glass tile finished pool and spa area bordered by lava rock walls and sparkling with tiki torches, overlooks the Pacific Ocean.

The home features extensive exotic wood finishes and fine stone and tile accoutrements. State of the art communications, security and AV systems are also integral to the home.

The Architect is Riecke Sunnland Kona Architects of Honolulu.

The home was constructed by a local contractor Kohala Creative.  The family took occupancy in September 2012.
