TCPM provided project management services for Shato Holdings Ltd. to build a new office, training facility, and warehouse in Vancouver.

The project is a three level plus mezzanine office warehouse with one level of underground parking.  Total project buildable area is approximately 58,000 sq.ft.  The parking level is 16,900 sq.ft. The building features a total of 98 parking stalls.
