TCPM is currently providing project management services for Shato Holdings to build a new office, training facility, and warehouse in Vancouver.

The project is a three level plus mezzanine office warehouse with one level of underground parking.  Total project buildable area is currently planned at approximately 54,000 sq.ft.  The parking level is 16,900 sq.ft. for the 61 car spaces.

Anticipated completion is Spring 2018.
