ABOUT THE PROJECT
The Surrey RCMP Headquarters expansion provided urgently needed workspace for approximately 250 RCMP officers and City of Surrey staff. The new two-storey administration annex is connected to the existing headquarters by an enclosed link, with the headquarters remaining operational throughout construction.
Designed to meet stringent RCMP security requirements, the facility incorporates daylight harvesting, external solar shading, high-performance glazing, and daylight-responsive lighting. Emergency power systems allow the facility to maintain full operations for more than three days.
OUR ROLE
TCPM provided complete project management services throughout the delivery of the Surrey RCMP Headquarters expansion, including planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout.
