ABOUT THE PROJECT
The Beachlands is a 134-acre oceanfront master-planned community in Colwood, BC, with approximately 2,850 homes planned along 1.4 kilometres of coastline. More than 50 acres are dedicated to parks, trails, public gathering areas, and open space, including a waterfront plaza, oceanside amphitheatre, playgrounds, and an extensive network of pedestrian connections linking the community to the shoreline.
OUR ROLE
TCPM provides project management services supporting the initiation and planning of this large-scale, mixed-use waterfront community, including its residential development, public realm, and community infrastructure.
