PCRS Youth Supportive Housing (1.1.2.)
The Pacific Community Resources Society (PCRS) Youth Supportive Housing project is a purpose-built transitional housing development in Surrey that provides 30 self-contained homes for young adults aged 19 to 24 who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness. The four-storey facility includes communal gathering spaces, dining and recreation areas, counselling and support spaces, staff offices, and outdoor amenity areas designed to foster independence, community connection, and personal growth.
Operated by PCRS, the project provides 24/7 on-site support services, helping residents access education, employment, health, and life-skills programming as they work toward stable, independent living. The building, known as “1.1.2.”, was named by residents after the first three digits of its address and offers daily meals, wellness services, cultural programming, and dedicated spaces that foster community, personal development, and long-term housing stability.
