TCPM is currently providing project management services for 445 Kingsway, Vancouver, a 14-storey mixed use development, including two residential towers (215 rental units – 2 x 12 storey concrete-framed mid-rise towers), commercial podium and underground parkade.
Amenities include rooftop outdoor area at podium levels 2, 3 and 6, and level 14 of both towers. High-quality built outcomes aimed at meeting the Option B Low Emissions Green Buildings path of the Green Buildings Policy for Rezoning.
Grade level landscape treatment at Kingsway and St George Street interfaces as well as 3 levels of combined commercial and residential underground parkade comprising of 224 parking stalls and 443 bike spaces.
