Vancouver Aquarium Renovation
TCPM was retained in December 2010 to manage a comprehensive multi-phased restoration of the Vancouver Aquarium. This infrastructure project added 55,000 square feet of high-tech exploratory space and was the most ambitious ever undertaken by the Aquarium during its 58-year history. It vastly improved the habitats of more than 50,000 fish and animals housed in the facility.
The Aquarium’s transformation included the revitalisation of sustainable mechanical, water filtration and electrical systems, new state-of-the-art energy-conserving heating and cooling, and new recycling centres.

This project was built to LEED Silver Standards.
