Royal Athletic Park Improvement
TCPM is providing Owner’s Project Management services for the phased renewal of Royal Athletic Park in Victoria, BC. The project is focused on extending the service life of key facilities and infrastructure while improving accessibility, functionality, and operational efficiency across the site.
The scope of work includes upgrades to grandstands, buildings, washroom facilities, concession areas, field lighting, and information technology systems. Given the park’s active event schedule, construction is being delivered through carefully coordinated phases to maintain operations and minimize impacts to users throughout the renewal program.
TCPM’s role includes project planning, stakeholder coordination, procurement support, budget and schedule management, and oversight of phased implementation within an occupied and highly utilized public facility.
Royal Athletic Park has a seating capacity of approximately 5,000 spectators and has served Victoria for more than 130 years. It remains one of British Columbia’s most recognized municipal sports venues, hosting professional baseball, national sporting events, concerts, festivals, and community celebrations.
